Books and printed materials have a longevity that other work doesn’t seem to have. Drawings get lost, websites get buried or funding runs out, but when something is printed it becomes an object with a life of its own...

The Wise and The Foolish, the paradoxical world of mental health.
In 1997 Alison Kershaw invited Rae Story to come and do a piece of research exploring what St Luke’s meant to the participants who used the project. The report was intended to demonstrate the need of the project to the Health Trust and why they should continue to fund this community project rather than just putting more money in to Psychiatric Outpatients.
The project is still going! And Alison and Rae have worked together ever since!
