Chinese brush and ink is one of the chinese arts that I am learning as part of my Chinese Medicine Yang Shen apprenticeship. Covering The Four Gentlemen as well studies of Mountains and Rivers (Chinese Landscape) and calligraphy, I am learning how to ‘union with the universe’ and ‘express my heart directly’. As you can see that is a life-long practice!
